Payment
I accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and check. You may also pre-pay using the PayPal feature above.
Payment is due at or before the time of your first session.
Insurance
I suggest you think of my services as something you will pay for personally. This will both protect your privacy and help you value the work you are doing more. In general, insurance companies do not like to cover hypnotic services, and I caution you not to expect them to do so. However, some insurance providers will reimburse for hypnosis services if stated specifically as Relaxation and Guided Imagery for Stress Management. It is your sole responsibility as the client to make arrangements with your insurance provider. I will always provide you with a proper receipt.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please cancel or reschedule with me within 24 hours or you will be charged 50% of your session fee.
